Instructions
- 1. Preheat a grill cooktop to high heat and a cooking pan to medium heat, adding 1 tbsp of cooking oil to each.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, ground cumin, sea salt, oregano, black pepper, and cilantro flakes well with your hands.
- 3. Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel, remove the bottom stem, and lightly coat the tops with olive oil, removing the gills.
- 4. Grill each mushroom cap for 5 to 7 minutes, then set aside.
- 5. Form the turkey mixture into patties that match the width of the mushroom caps and cook each side for 4 minutes, adding pepper jack cheese slices during the last 3 minutes.
- 6. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with pico de gallo, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 7. Assemble each slider with the cooked turkey patty, sliced tomato, and guacamole, and serve hot.
