Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms by removing the stems and wiping the caps with a damp cloth.
- Drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and tamari, then sprinkle with salt and pepper, rubbing the seasonings into the mushrooms.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the mushrooms, gill side up, on the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side until tender.
