Instructions
- Make the balsamic reduction and refrigerate it.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Evenly spread olive oil on each portobello mushroom cap.
- Grill each side of the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, adding provolone cheese on top to melt in the last moment.
- Grill the sourdough bread on each side for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the burger with grilled bread, portobello mushroom, roasted red pepper, buckwheat sprouts, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
- Serve the burgers.
