portobello mushroom caps

Instructions
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and place them gill side up in a shallow dish.
- Pour some marinade into the gills, then flip the mushrooms and pour the rest over them.
- Let the mushrooms marinate for 30 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium to medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated mushrooms for about 7 minutes on each side until soft and liquid is released.
- Assemble the burgers on buns with your preferred toppings.
