Instructions
- Marinate the mushrooms overnight for optimal flavor.
- Clean the mushrooms by removing the stem and scraping out the gills.
- Brush the mushrooms with the marinade and allow to marinate.
- If baking, place in a baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes on each side.
- If grilling, cook on a hot grill pan for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Serve with toppings of your choice.
