Crimini Mushroom Turkey Burger

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
- Finely chop the mushrooms in a food processor.
- Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat and sauté the mushrooms until the water releases and evaporates, about 10 minutes.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the mushrooms during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove from heat and mix in chili powder, cumin, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then stir in the turkey.
- Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape them into patties slightly larger than the buns.
- Grill the patties on an oiled grill until cooked halfway through, about 4 minutes, then turn and cook until done, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the grilled patties on buns topped with avocado, salsa, and lettuce.
