Avocado Mash

Instructions
- Prepare quick pickled onions by mixing apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, salt, and sugar in a jar, then adding sliced onion and refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to 375ºF.
- Mix all turkey burger ingredients (except buns) in a large bowl and form into 6 patties.
- Spray tin foil with non-stick spray and place on the grill, then cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Prepare the avocado mash by mashing the avocado and mixing in green chiles, salt, and cilantro.
- Once burgers reach an internal temperature of 160ºF, remove from the grill and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve the burgers on buns topped with avocado mash and pickled onions.
