Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, drained green chiles, sliced green onions, shredded pepper jack cheese, cumin, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into five equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet, on a grill, or an indoor grill until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165ºF) and browned.
- Serve each patty on a bun with a slice of tomato, avocado, and mayonnaise if desired.
