Ingredients

  • 2 cans (4 ounce) diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine turkey, chiles, cilantro, onion, cumin, chili powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve the burgers.
