Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated.
- Let the mixture sit for several hours or overnight.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties, making a dent with your thumb on one side.
- Grill the patties dent side down on medium-high heat without pressing them.
- Flip the burgers after a few minutes and cook until no longer pink.
- Serve on a bun with avocado and nectarine salsa.
