Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large cast iron pan over medium heat until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Prepare the toppings while the bacon cooks.
- Mix the ground turkey, chipotle powder, and garlic powder in a bowl and form into patties.
- Cook the patties in the same pan as the bacon for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Make the guacamole by mixing the avocado, red onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the burgers using lettuce as buns, topping with guacamole, bacon, and tomato.
