Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high and oil the grates if necessary.
- In a large bowl, combine all burger ingredients until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into about 6 burger patties.
- Grill the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the grill, cover with foil, and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
- Serve on buns with guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
