Instructions
- Preheat the broiler and char the jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Cool, seed, and chop the jalapeños, then mix with turkey, cheddar, panko, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper to form patties.
- Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, adding cheese during the last minute.
- Assemble the burgers with chipotle mayo, the patty, avocado, lime juice, crispy onions, and cilantro.
- For crispy onions, soak sliced onions in buttermilk, coat in flour, and fry until golden brown.
