Instructions
- Whisk together the first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, then add the ground turkey and mix well.
- Form the mixture into 6 patties, each weighing about 6 ounces.
- Refrigerate the patties for at least 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- Preheat the grill to high and grease the grates with vegetable oil.
- Cook the patties on the grill for 5 minutes with the lid closed, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, add a slice of cheese on top during the last 30 seconds of cooking.
- Serve the burgers on buns with your choice of toppings.
