Roasted Pepper Turkey Burger

Instructions
- Chop the onion, cilantro, and garlic cloves.
- Combine these ingredients with the ground turkey in a bowl.
- Mix well and add the egg, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 1/4 lb burgers and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and season the red and poblano peppers with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the peppers, turning occasionally until charred (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove the peppers and let them sit, then grill the burger patties for 5-6 minutes per side.
- Once the burgers are done, set them aside and deseed and julienne the roasted peppers.
- Assemble the burgers with the toasted buns, turkey patties, roasted peppers, goat cheese, and avocado.
