Ingredients

The turkey mixture

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 large Egg
  • 4 cloves Garlic, mashed
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

The sliders

  • 1 loaf Slider Buns of choice
  • 1 large Tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Guacamole

Instructions

  1. Combine the turkey mixture ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Press the turkey mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven, drain excess liquid, and set aside.
  5. Prepare the sliders by slicing the buns in half and placing the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  6. Layer the turkey patty, tomato, guacamole, and cheddar cheese on the bottom halves.
  7. Top with the other halves of the buns and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake the assembled sliders in the oven for 10 minutes until toasted and cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, slice into individual sliders, and serve.
