The burger sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add ground turkey, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Slice the rolls in half and arrange them on a sheet pan. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Add the cooked ground turkey to the inside of the buns, pressing gently.
- Top the turkey with sliced cheese.
- Bake the sliders for 7-10 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
- While baking, mix the burger sauce ingredients in a bowl and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Remove sliders from the oven and add lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, and burger sauce. Replace the tops of the buns and slice into 12 sliders.
