Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it into small crumbles and seasoning with spices and garlic.
- Add mushrooms, diced tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and half the cheddar cheese to the beef mixture and cook until done.
- Drain excess fat from the beef and pat it dry.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture over the bottom rolls and top with the remaining cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the beef mixture.
- Mix melted butter and sesame seeds, then brush over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
