Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in taco seasoning and tomato sauce, then simmer the mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the rolls in half and toast the bottom halves in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Layer the taco meat over the toasted rolls, then add sliced cheese on top.
- Place the top buns over the cheese and mix melted butter with garlic powder, brushing it over the tops.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the rolls are browned and the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with desired toppings.
