Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan.
- Mix the ground beef with salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Form small patties from the beef mixture and flatten slightly.
- Drizzle the patties with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and add cheddar cheese on top to melt.
- Toast the mini burger buns on the grill for about 2 minutes.
- Assemble the sliders by spreading remoulade on the buns, adding the burger patties, and topping with onions and bacon.
