Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot until it reaches 360°F for frying the onion rings.
- In a bowl, whisk together half a cup of flour, salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, baking powder, milk, and egg until smooth.
- Dredge onion rings in flour, then dip into the batter.
- Fry the battered onion rings until golden brown, about 3 minutes, and drain on paper towels.
- Preheat a grill to medium heat for the sliders.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce, and shape into 12 patties.
- Brush patties with oil and grill for about 4 minutes on each side, adding cheese and bacon during the last few minutes to melt.
- Assemble the sliders by spreading barbecue sauce on the buns, adding patties, crispy onion rings, and lettuce, then closing with the top bun.
