Pork and Bacon Sliders

Instructions
- 1. Season the ground pork with salt and pepper, divide into 8 portions, and shape into patties.
- 2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until done.
- 3. Toast the buns in the skillet until slightly brown and crispy.
- 4. Assemble the sliders by layering lettuce, onions, cheese, tomatoes, bacon, and the pork patties on the bottom halves of the buns, then top with the other half and secure with a toothpick.
