Instructions
- Set the slow cooker to low.
- Rinse and dry the pork, then season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Mix cumin, oregano, and paprika, then apply half to the pork with olive oil.
- Place the seasoned pork in the slow cooker with the fatty side up.
- Add jalapeño, garlic, onion, orange juice, and beer.
- Cover and cook for eight hours, flipping halfway if possible.
- Shred the pork in the slow cooker and let it soak in the juices.
- Sear the shredded pork in a pan until crispy.
- Serve on slider buns with creamy tex-mex sauce and garnishes.
