Southwest BBQ Pork Sliders

Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce

The guacamole

grilled corn (kernels removed from the cob)

Instructions
- Add the pork and enchilada sauce to the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred the pork in the crockpot and mix with the sauce, discarding any fatty pieces.
- Preheat the broiler to high, place slider bun bottoms on a baking sheet, top with pork and a slice of cheese, and broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven, add guacamole, and top with the other bun before serving.
