Instructions
- Combine sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the pork loin and place it in the crock pot.
- Add tomato sauce, dates, balsamic vinegar, melted coconut oil, and garlic cloves to the crock pot.
- Cook the pork loin on HIGH for 6 hours.
- Shred the pork in the crock pot using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve the shredded pork on whole wheat slider buns topped with purple cabbage and avocado slices.
