Slow Cooker Citrus Herb Pork Sliders

The Sweet Potato 'Buns'

Instructions
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker and add pork on top.
- Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper, then pour the Citrus Herb Cooking Sauce over everything.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours until the pork is tender and shreds easily.
- Shred the pork and keep warm or store in the fridge until ready to use.
- For the slaw, combine cabbage, pineapple, bell pepper, jalapeno, green onions, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Whisk together lime juice, avocado oil, and salt, then pour over the slaw and toss to mix.
- For the sweet potato buns, slice the sweet potato into ¼-inch rounds and bake at 375℉ for 15-20 minutes until tender.
