Pork Carnitas Tacos

Instructions
- Rinse and dry the pork loin, then season with salt and pepper.
- Mix cumin, paprika, and oregano; sprinkle half on one side of the pork loin.
- Drizzle olive oil on the seasoned side of the pork and pat it down.
- Flip the pork and repeat the seasoning and oil process on the other side.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker and set to low.
- Add minced garlic, jalapeño, and onion on top of the pork.
- Squeeze fresh orange juice over the pork and veggies, or pour the juice directly.
- Optionally, pour beer over the top.
- Cover and cook for 8½ to 9 hours until tender.
- Shred the pork in the slow cooker and mix with juices.
- Serve on warm tortillas with desired toppings.
