Pork Carnitas Tacos

Instructions
- Mix oregano, pepper, salt, and cumin and rub on the pork pieces in the slow cooker.
- Place onion and garlic on top of the pork.
- Slow cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until the meat is falling apart.
- Discard the onion and garlic after cooking.
- Drain the meat and shred it with a fork.
- Serve warm with tortillas, tomatillo salsa, avocados, and cilantro.
