Grilled Five-Spice Pork Sliders

Instructions
- Mix all the pork patty ingredients in a bowl and set aside to marinate for an hour.
- Shape the pork mixture into oversized golf balls, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Prepare the Asian slaw or your choice of toppings.
- Make the Spicy Yogurt Dressing by whisking together all the ingredients and adjusting to taste.
- Preheat the grill or oven broiler to high heat.
- Brush oil over the grill pan and arrange the pork patties on it.
- Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Assemble the sliders by spreading spicy yogurt on the buns, adding pork patties, and topping with slaw.
- Press the top half of the bun over the toppings and serve.
