Hawaiian Grilled Pineapple and Pepper Pork Tenderloin Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Smithfield Roasted Garlic and Cracked Black Pepper Marinated Fresh Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 large pack Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 small bag mini peppers
  • 1 whole pineapple, cored and sliced into rings
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 350 degrees, preparing both direct and indirect zones.
  2. Slice the pork tenderloin into ¾ inch filets.
  3. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Grill the pineapple and peppers until charred and caramelized, then remove and let cool.
  5. Grill the pork filets for about 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
  6. Toast the rolls on the indirect side of the grill quickly to avoid burning.
  7. Slice the grilled peppers and mix the mayo with Sriracha to spread on the buns.
  8. Assemble the sliders with the tenderloin, pineapple, and peppers.
