Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 350 degrees, preparing both direct and indirect zones.
- Slice the pork tenderloin into ¾ inch filets.
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Grill the pineapple and peppers until charred and caramelized, then remove and let cool.
- Grill the pork filets for about 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- Toast the rolls on the indirect side of the grill quickly to avoid burning.
- Slice the grilled peppers and mix the mayo with Sriracha to spread on the buns.
- Assemble the sliders with the tenderloin, pineapple, and peppers.
