Grilled Pineapple Pork Sandwiches

Instructions
- Place the pork, garlic, onion, peppers, jalapeno, pineapple juice, and soy sauce in a slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- Shred the pork in the slow cooker using two forks.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and cover a baking sheet with foil.
- Transfer the shredded meat to the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a skillet, grill the pineapple slices until golden brown on both sides.
- Assemble the sandwiches with the meat and grilled pineapple, and top with cilantro or parsley.
