Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Blend all other ingredients until smooth and pour over the pork.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours until the meat is tender.
- Shred the meat with a fork, drain excess liquid, and serve with accompaniments.
