Smoky Slow Cooker Pork Tacos

Instructions
- Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and top with a mixture of garlic, salsa, and chipotles.
- Cover and cook on low for 12-14 hours until the pork is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the pork and transfer it to a baking dish, then bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- While the pork bakes, strain the cooking juices and reduce them in a saucepan until thickened.
- Toss the shredded pork with the reduced juices.
- Warm the tortillas and assemble the tacos with pulled pork, coleslaw, guacamole, Cotija cheese, and cilantro.
