Marinated Pork & Pineapple Kabobs

The Marinade

The Kabobs

pork tenderloin (cut into 1" to 1½" chunks)

fresh pineapple
(cut into 1" to 1½" chunks)
Instructions
- Puree the pineapple chunks, olive oil, garlic, jalapeno, cumin, oregano, and salt until smooth.
- Place the pork and remaining pineapple chunks in a zip lock bag, pour in the marinade, and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 425°F).
- Thread the pork and pineapple onto skewers in alternating order.
- Grill the kabobs for 5 to 6 minutes per side until the pork is cooked through.
