Instructions
- Soak wooden or bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the marinade by mixing minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, cooking oil, and honey in a bowl.
- Cut pork chops into 1-inch cubes and coat them with the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut onion and bell pepper into 1-inch pieces, toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread soaked skewers with alternating pieces of onion, bell pepper, pineapple, and pork.
- Preheat the broiler on high for at least five minutes and adjust the oven rack to 5-6 inches from the broiler.
- Broil the skewers for 5 minutes, rotate, and continue broiling, rotating until evenly browned, about 15 minutes total.
- Optional: Top with chopped cilantro and Sriracha before serving.
