Easy Grilled Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken Kabob Skewers

Instructions
- 1. Season the chopped chicken with the seasonings.
- 2. Place the chicken in a Ziploc bag and add the soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce.
- 3. Remove air from the bag, seal it, and shake until the chicken is coated.
- 4. Marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- 5. Thread the chicken, onions, red pepper, and pineapples onto skewers, saving the cherry tomatoes for last.
- 6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through.
- 7. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the skewers before removing from the grill.
- 8. Allow to cool before serving.
