Ingredients

The sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ΒΌ cup coconut aminos

The kabobs

  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl or jar and refrigerate.
  3. Cut chicken, bell peppers, onion, and pineapple into small, even pieces.
  4. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers in your desired pattern.
  5. Brush skewers with the sauce on both sides.
  6. Grill kabobs for about 5-6 minutes on each side until chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Remove from grill and serve.
