Hawaiian Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
The marinade

low sodium soy sauce

canned pineapple juice

The skewers

raw boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks

fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
- 1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- 2. Pour the marinade into a Ziploc bag and add the chicken, sealing the bag and shaking to coat.
- 3. Refrigerate the chicken in the marinade for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- 4. Preheat the grill until hot.
- 5. Divide the marinated chicken and pineapple onto skewers.
- 6. Grill the skewers over low heat for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken is cooked through.
