Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish for 2 to 24 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium/medium-high heat.
- Cut the pineapple, peppers, and onions into 1 to 1½-inch pieces.
- Thread the chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onions onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers, flipping once, until chicken is cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes per side for breasts and 6 to 7 minutes per side for thighs.
- Serve immediately.
