The Honey BBQ sauce

Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts, peppers, red onion, and pineapple into cubes.
- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, smoked paprika, ground ginger, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Add half of the sauce to the chicken and veggies, and marinate for 2-24 hours.
- When ready to grill, thread everything onto skewers and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken reaches 165ºF.
- In the last minute of grilling, brush the skewers with more honey BBQ sauce.
- Serve the chicken skewers with the remaining sauce for dipping.
