Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat thoroughly, then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
- Soak bamboo skewers in cold water for about 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated chicken onto bamboo sticks and bring the marinade to a boil in a saucepan, then simmer until thickened.
- Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes and brushing with reduced marinade.
- Remove from grill, brush with more marinade, garnish with green onions, and serve.
