Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl or jar.
- Place the pork belly in a sealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Marinate for 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan to medium heat and brush with oil.
- Cook the pork belly for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Assemble the sliders with pork belly and desired toppings such as mayo or slaw.
