The Creamy Thai Dressing

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 425ºF-450ºF.
- Combine all burger ingredients in a bowl and mix well using your hands.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
- Grill the burgers for 9 to 10 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 5-8 minutes until cooked to 160ºF.
- While the burgers are grilling, prepare the slaw ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients and pour over the slaw, tossing to combine.
- Serve the burgers on buns or lettuce wraps, topped with the slaw.
