The Tangy Slaw

Instructions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a food processor, combine ground meat, ginger, green onions, chili garlic sauce, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined.
- Shape the mixture into 5-6 patties.
- For the peanut sauce, whisk or blend all ingredients together.
- In a medium bowl, toss together carrots, cabbage, and green onion for the slaw.
- In a small bowl, whisk lime juice (or vinegar), oil, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Toss with the slaw.
- Grill the burgers until desired doneness.
- Assemble the burgers on buns, topping with peanut sauce and slaw.
