Thai Chili Beef Burger

Instructions
- Combine the ground beef with the red curry paste, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, egg, light soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl and mix until sticky.
- Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape them into mini burger patties.
- Preheat the grill and cook the patties over high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Cut the baguette lengthwise into four sections and assemble each section with two cooked mini burger patties, shredded lettuce, and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce.
- Serve warm.
