Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Combine ground beef, garlic powder, and ¼ cup of Miracle Whip until just mixed, then shape into 8 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until they reach 160ºF.
- In a large bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, drained pineapple, red onions, and cilantro if using.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining Miracle Whip, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice if using, then add to the slaw mixture and toss to combine.
- Brush the buns with butter or olive oil and grill them cut-side down for about 1 minute until toasted.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties in the buns and topping with the slaw, then serve immediately.
