Ingredients

The Burgers

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
  • to taste kosher salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 4 Pepperidge Farm® Hamburger Buns

The Tropical Salsa

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ jalapeno, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red pepper, sliced into strips
  • ½ lime juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the salsa ingredients in a bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, burger seasoning, and salt and pepper until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties and grill on medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers on the buns with the tropical salsa.
