Grilled Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • cups grilled pineapple
  • ¾ cup fresh tomato, finely chopped
  • cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice from half lime lime
  • 3 tbsp fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • dash chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with chips.
