Instructions
- Prepare the pineapple by peeling and cutting it into cubes.
- Dice the red onion and jalapeno, and chop the cilantro.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, honey, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
