Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup diced red pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalapeño
  • 1 lime juice
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl.
  2. Toss everything with a spoon until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl and serve with tortilla or plantain chips.
